M if for the monster that maimed Matilda.
This is the ‘M’ page (ah, yah…) from my alphabet book. Which I have been working on for like 6 years… It’s almost embarrassing. It has changed styles and content, at least 40 times. And instead of sending it out to publishers and agents, who see 945,628 of these kind of things a week, I think I will just post the whole thing here on the site. Currently this is a low res JPG, but I might also post a PDF of the whole book for people to download and do with what they please. I’m not sure yet, and the book isn’t completely done yet. My god, I bet Dickens spent less time on novels then I have on 26 pages of alphabet…

Man, you should shop it. If the letter M is this good, I’ll bet the other 25 letters make this book a 26-page smackdown for children of all ages who have a taste for cutesy-dark comedy. This is a bit Lemony Snicketey, but not so old-school looking nor trying to be goth. This is pure Fearing all they way and that is high-octane book-selling fuel that only the foolish publishers of this genre would turn down. Sell it. Start a college fund with the money. That way it’s for kids all the way around.
God bless ya my son! Or to put it another way, thanks for the kind words.
I’ll finish up the rest of them and post here. Maybe throw them into Flash for an online click through. Write some music, add some sound effects…you know, with all my spare time.
Of course it’s great to see your work, beautiful as usual.
