It’s weird. I spend 90% of my time finishing drawings and paintings on my computer. But all the ideas still start as pencils. This was a guy at the store I drew from memory…and you know, added a bit of style to him.

Here is a pencil test from The Thing with No Head. I thought I had lost all these when I moved, but I found a DVD with all the art. It’s not in great shape, shot with a lunchbox with pretty bad lighting. But direct from the UCLA animation lab, here it is.
