Wow. Finally some new work to show off. It’s fall, the leaves have fallen, and this kid…I think the balloon has been stuck up there since June.
In progress. I included a detail of the boy. Painted in Photoshop.

Great one. I especially like the contrast between the branches and a trunk. It also reminds me of a feeling that youngsters have while looking at big things (how those things appear to them being enormous and overpowering).
Colours are autumnal, but still worm in a way and, at a first glimpse, I thought that the balloon actually was the Sun – just great!
Thanks! I have a series of new paintings I am trying to get into good enough shape to post. Just that darn time thing, as in not enough of it, keeps getting in the way!
